He was known for his building activities, continuing the legacy of his father, Maharana Lakha. His reign was also marked by the growing influence of Rao Ranmal, who held significant power during Mokal's rule. Mokal's reign ended with his assassination, possibly by Mahipal Panwar, with Kumbha, his son, eventually taking the throne.
