Kidarashahi, Gold Dinar, 7.93g, 18.79x20.06mm, c. late-4th century, Obv: Crowned, diademed King standing facing, nimbate, holding standard and sacrificing at altar at left, Brahmi legend: Kushana at right, kirada under arm, kushana and ru at left, Rev: Goddess of plenty Ardochsho enthroned facing, holding diadem and cornucopia, a completely new title for the series Sri Balasahi on right field. Note- Normal varieties come without any title and some comes with the title Kritiviraya, Brahmi letter yasha at right (off flan), tamgha at left. (Göbl 66). About Very Fine, Extremely Rare. |
