Anandas of Karwar, Lead, 15.21g, (1-2 Cen AD), Obv: Eight arched hill(chaitya) at center with Brahmi legend around reading "Rano Mulanandasa", Mulananda is believed to be a family name rather than a ruler's name, Rev: Tree in railing at center flanked by Swastika on left and Nandipada on right, The arched hill on the obverse and tree in railing on reverse all suggest a buddhist affinity.
