Indo Danish, Copper 2/Double Kas, 2.25gm, Frederik III , Obv: Crowned F3 surronded by lower half circle and ANO 1667 & dot between F3, Rev: Crowned Norse Lion on curved battle axe to left within dotted border. It has been known that the first copper coins were struck owing to the shortage of lead, not alleviated until the arrival of the ship 'Faero' in 1669. J.C.F. Gray 106/KM 111. Estimate
